How can I select my different marketplaces? Are segments created per marketplace?
In the Segment Management area, you can select the marketplace option at the top.
The segments you create are universal, i.e. they apply to all marketplaces. However, this does not apply to the content in the segments. Automations and individual rules within the ad segments only apply to the respective marketplace. If you would like to create some for another marketplace, change the marketplace above and create a new automation or rule in the segment.
The same applies to product segments: structure and automations only apply to the currently selected marketplace.
