Overview

In the Billing History, you’ll find all your past payments. The table shows the Date, a short Description, the Status, the Amount, and in the last column, a Invoice link to download the respective PDF for each transaction.

Accessing the Function

You can access your invoice overview by going to your Subscription Settings. Along with your account information and subscription, you’ll see the Billing History section. Here, you’ll find invoices and receipts for all payments made to your BidX account. The central table lists all your transactions.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Open Billing Page

Open the Subscription Settings page and scroll down to the Billing History section.

Step 2: Overview

The table columns display key information: the Date of the transaction, a short Description, the Status of the invoice, the Amount, and a link to the Invoice. Each row in the table represents an individual invoice.

The Status column shows how far along an invoice is in processing:

  • Processing: The invoice is being created. The download link is usually not available yet.
  • Draft: The invoice is not final and is only a preview. Normally, no PDF download is available here either.
  • Cancelled: The invoice is invalid or has been withdrawn. No payment is required.
  • Uncollectible: Payment could not be processed, for example due to an issue with your payment method. In this case, check whether you need to update your payment details.
  • Paid: The payment was successful, and the invoice is available as a PDF.

If there are no invoices yet (because no payments have been made), the table will be empty.

Note: If you can't see invoices even though a payment has been made, please contact support.

Step 3: Download Invoice as PDF

To get an invoice, find the desired row in the table and click the download link in the Invoice column. This will directly download the checked or finalized PDF invoice.

If there is no download link in the row, the invoice may still be creating (status Processing) or may not be finalized yet (Draft). In these cases, please wait a bit or reload the page later.

Step 4: Show Older Invoices

To view older invoices, you’ll find a Load More Invoices button below the table. Clicking this button loads additional invoices in groups of 10. If you have many invoices, you might eventually see the note: “For older invoices, please contact us.” This means all available invoices have been loaded, and any further ones can be provided on request.

Settings & Options

  • Besides the main invoice overview, in your account information you'll find a Change link under Payment Method. Here you can update your payment details, for example if an invoice is marked as Uncollectible or if future payments might fail. Changing your payment method helps ensure your transactions continue to be processed smoothly.
  • You can also update your invoice data (like billing address) using the Change option under Billing Address. This ensures that your future invoices are always issued with the correct details.

Limitations & Special Notes

  • PDF invoices are only available once the status is Paid or completed. For open or cancelled transactions, no download link is displayed.
  • If you can’t find an invoice, please contact support for assistance.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Always check the Status of your payment first if the download link is missing or if you have an invoice question.
  • Use the Load More Invoices feature if you need invoices from older periods.
  • Keep your Payment Method and Billing Address updated to avoid issues with payments or incorrect details on your invoices.
