How Can I Cancel My Subscription?

Overview

In the Subscription section, you'll find a button to cancel your subscription at any time. Alternatively, you can inform us of your cancellation request via the chat function or by contacting your Account Manager.

Within the Subscription area, you'll also see important details like your minimum contract period, notice period, monthly base fee, and the percentage-based fee of your monthly ad spend that we use for billing.

Accessing the Function

You can access the cancellation feature by navigating to your Subscription Settings. There, along with your account information and billing history, you'll find the Subscription section. Use the Cancel Subscription button next to your contract details to end your subscription.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Open Subscription Overview

Go to the Subscription Settings page and scroll to the Subscription section.

Step 2: Review Details

This section displays your current contract information.

Step 3: Cancel Subscription

Click the Cancel Subscription button. Enter your desired cancellation date. Please ensure this date meets your minimum contract period and notice period.

You can also provide a reason for your cancellation. This helps us greatly in understanding your decision and improving our service. Your input is very valuable to us.

Finally, submit your cancellation by clicking the "End Subscription" button.
