Why Is My Client’s Amazon Account Missing From the Available Accounts List?
There can be several reasons why your client's Amazon account doesn't appear: missing connection, no active campaigns, or an out-of-date list.

Your client’s Amazon account is usually missing because it hasn’t been linked via Amazon Connection, there are no active campaigns in the client account, or the list simply hasn’t been refreshed yet.
Please check if the client account is successfully connected to Amazon and contains active campaigns. You can also refresh the list using the Missing something? Click to refresh button in the Manage Advertisers view.
Accessing the Function
To check if the account is connected to Amazon, go to Main Menu > Account Settings > Amazon Connection.
To refresh the list of client accounts, navigate via Main Menu > Manage Advertisers and select a user. You can update the list with the “Refresh” button in the top right corner.
