Why Are My ASINs Not Shown in the Product Settings?

With the Product Settings, you can easily manage your products in one place: show or hide them, add tags, and view all important details for each marketplace.

In most cases, some ASINs are missing from the Product Settings because they are hidden by your current filter settings, your Amazon account is not connected, or the ASIN has not yet been synced or selected. By default, the page only shows products that are both Visible and Active. Products marked as Hidden or with the status Inactive will not be displayed immediately. If your Amazon account is not connected, a message appears: “You have not connected your Amazon account with BidX. Please go to Account Settings …” Additionally, products that haven't been selected in the Product Selection or are filtered out with Only Unadvertised will not appear in this overview.

Accessing the Function

You can access Product Settings via the main menu. Click on Management and then Product Settings.

Settings & Options

Within Product Settings, you have several options to adjust your product list:

  • Search: Use the search bar to look for specific ASINs, SKUs, titles, alternate names, tags, or brands.
  • Filters in the toolbar: Use options like Visibility (Visible, Hidden, All), Product Status (Active, Inactive), Display Status (Only Advertised, Only Unadvertised), as well as by Marketplace, Profile, Product Type, and Tag to fine-tune your view.

These filters help you show only the products that are relevant to you. With Show Product or Hide Product you can directly control visibility. The Only Unadvertised filter is especially useful for quickly finding ASINs that are not yet being advertised.

Limitations & Special Notes

  • Your Amazon account must be connected to use the product management features. Otherwise, you will see a note indicating no profiles are connected. In this case, please go to Account Settings and connect your account.
  • By default, the Visibility: Visible and Product Status: Active filters are enabled. Products marked as Hidden or only Inactive will be filtered out.
  • If needed, set the Display Status to Only Unadvertised so you can see products that have not yet been advertised or synced.
  • After connecting your account or changing the selection, syncing and loading product data may take a few minutes.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Set the filters to Visibility: All and Product Status: Active or All initially to quickly spot any missing ASINs.
  • Check Display Status: Only Unadvertised to view products not yet included in any ad campaigns.
  • If you see the note “No profiles connected,” check your Amazon connection in the Account Settings.
