Overview

Share of Voice Credits are an add-on package that lets you extend your keyword tracking to monitor even more keywords for market share. Additional credits allow you to analyze more keywords. Purchase is available as a flexible, monthly subscription. If you have any vouchers, you can redeem them when placing your order.

Accessing the Function

You can find this feature directly in the main menu under Subscription Settings in the Subscriptions section via the Share of Voice Credits tile. Here, you can select the Buy Share of Voice Credits button (for first-time purchase) or Buy More Credits (if you already have a subscription).

Alternatively, you can access it via the keyword tracking dialog: When your quota is used up, you’ll see a notification allowing you to directly book more Share of Voice Credits.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Open Share of Voice Credits

Go to the Subscription Settings menu and scroll to the Subscriptions section. Click on the Share of Voice Credits tile. Depending on your status, you’ll see the Buy Share of Voice Credits or Buy More Credits button. An active subscription is marked with a checkmark.

Step 2: Choose the Number of Credits

Next, select the desired quantity of Share of Voice Credits. Multiple packages are available (for example, 50, 100, etc.), which you can choose by clicking. Your current amount is highlighted, and your selection affects the price. Upgrades (more credits) or downgrades (fewer credits) will take effect at the next billing period.

Step 3: Enter Your Billing Address

Fill out your billing address in the form. Required fields include company name, VAT ID, country, city, and postal code. Complete and accurate information helps speed up processing and ensures a correct invoice.

Step 4: Add a Payment Method

Now you can add a new payment method, such as a credit card, or choose from saved payment options. The selected payment method will be used for this and future monthly payments.

Step 5: Optionally Apply a Voucher

Do you have a voucher code? Open Add Voucher in the order summary, enter your code, and confirm. A valid voucher will immediately apply a percentage discount and reduce the total amount.

Step 6: Review and Confirm Order

Before completing your order, double-check all details in the Order Summary, such as the number of Share of Voice Credits you’re purchasing and the total monthly cost. Accept the terms and privacy policy and finish by clicking Complete Order. After a successful purchase, you’ll return to the overview screen.

Step 7: Manage and View Status: Stay Informed

After your purchase, you can view your current Share of Voice status at any time in the Subscription Settings section. Here, you’ll find detailed package information.

During the ordering process, you can enter a voucher code on the right side and preview your invoice.

Limitations & Special Notes

  • You need an active subscription to purchase Share of Voice Credits.
  • Billing is monthly, and changes to your credits will only take effect in the next billing period.
