When Will I Be Charged and When Do I Receive the Invoice?

You can always keep track of your payment dates and invoices in the 'Billing History' section.

Answer

You will be charged at the beginning of each selected billing period. You receive the invoice as soon as it is created. For automatic payment methods such as credit card or SEPA direct debit, your saved payment method is charged automatically at the start of the new monthly or yearly period. The invoice is sent to you by email and also appears in your billing history. If you choose "Pay by Invoice" or "Add Payment Method Later," you will also receive your invoice by email and find it in your billing history.

Accessing the Function

You can find all information about payments and invoices in the main menu under Subscription Settings in the Billing History section. Here you'll have access to your complete billing history. Each invoice is linked as a PDF as soon as it is created and can be viewed directly.

Settings & Options

  • In the Payment Method area, you can add or change a payment method at any time using Change. Available options include credit card and SEPA direct debit.
  • Under Billing Address, you can use Change to update your company information, address, and the email address for invoices.

Limitations & Special Notes

  • If an invoice appears as Payment Pending, it has already been created but the payment is still being processed.
  • If you see Payment Failed, check your payment details and update them if necessary – you will also receive an email about this.
  • With Load More Invoices, you can display older invoices. If there are too many, you will see a note: “For older invoices, please contact us.”
  • If your contract includes usage-based components (such as variable fees), these will be shown on your invoice at the end of each billing period.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Check the Billing page regularly to keep an eye on the status indicators Active, Payment Pending, or Payment Failed.
  • Always make sure you have an up-to-date Payment Method saved to avoid payment problems.
  • You can download any invoice as a PDF from your Billing History.
