As soon as you connect your Amazon account and set up at least one active rule or automation, BidX will first collect all required performance data for a full day. Immediately after that, the first adjustment run begins automatically: bids, budgets, or targets will be calculated based on your rules and sent to Amazon.
In practice, you’ll typically see the first changes in your account the morning after connecting. If it takes Amazon longer to send your data, it might take until the evening – but you usually won’t wait more than 24 hours. If you still haven’t seen any adjustments after that, please contact our support team.
