What Payment Methods Do You Offer? Can I Pay by Invoice?
With BidX, you can easily pay for your subscriptions and centrally manage your invoices. Simply choose your preferred payment method for each purchase. All payment records are available at any time in your "Billing" overview.

BidX supports the following payment methods:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- SEPA Direct Debit
Payment by invoice is also possible – this option can be enabled upon request. If you would like to pay by invoice, please contact support directly.
In special cases, when subscribing to a new plan, you can select the option "Add payment method later." The first invoice will be sent to you by email, including a link to provide your payment details afterward.
Accessing the Function
To select or change your payment method, open the Main Menu and go to Subscription Settings. In the Payment Method step, you will find all available payment options.
Settings & Options
For credit card payments, enter your card number, expiration date, security code, and cardholder's name.
For SEPA Direct Debit, select this option and provide your name, email address, and IBAN. Then, confirm the SEPA direct debit mandate.
Payment by invoice is available if it has been activated for you by support.
With Add payment method later, you can complete your subscription without payment details for now. You will receive the invoice by email and a link to add your payment information later.
You can update your billing address and payment method in the Billing section under Billing Address or Payment Method by clicking the Change button.
Limitations & Special Notes
- The payment by invoice option is not available for every account and must be activated by support.
- SEPA Direct Debit is only available in countries participating in the SEPA scheme.
- The available payment methods may differ depending on your country, type of business, or account settings.
