What Is the Filter Function For?
The filter function in Segment Management helps you keep track of your segments, even if you have many. Easily filter by criteria like automation status to quickly find what you need.
Answer
The filter function helps you narrow down your segment list according to your preferences. For example, with just a few clicks, you can display only the segments that currently have active automations. The main benefit is that you only see the segments relevant to your current task at a glance. The filter affects only the display and does not change your segment data.
Accessing the Function
To use the filter, first open the Management section. Then click on Filter in the top bar. A dialog window will open where you can set your desired filter criteria. Click Apply to confirm your selections or Cancel to discard changes. When a filter is active, you'll see a counter badge directly on the filter button.
Settings & Options
In the filter dialog, you can set the Automation status on marketplace to either Active or Inactive. By clicking Apply, your selected filters will be used and the list will update accordingly. To undo changes, simply close the window with Cancel. Depending on your settings, you can add or remove individual filter rows using plus and minus icons, if available. Note: The Marketplace section lets you choose which segments your filter applies to.
Limitations & Special Notes
- If you have a large number of segments, short loading times may occur.
- Important: The filter does not make any changes to segments or settings – it only impacts how the list is displayed.
