What Does Account Status Mean?

The account status gives you a quick overview of your subscription, letting you know whether everything is running smoothly or if your access is restricted.

Answer

The “Account status” shows you the current state of your subscription. Here, you will see different notes such as “Active,” “Payment Pending,” “Payment Failed,” or “Canceled.” If no status ("-") is shown, this means you currently do not have an active subscription.

Accessing the Function

You can find the “Account status” in the main menu under Subscription Settings and then Account status.

Settings & Options

If there are any issues with your subscription, you can often take direct action:

  • Using Change or Add under Payment Method, you can add a new payment method or update your current one if you see “Payment Failed.”
  • Under Billing Address, you can keep your invoice address up to date by clicking Change or Add as needed.
  • Use Cancel Subscription to cancel your active subscription.
  • With Reactivate Subscription, you can restart a canceled subscription if this option is available.

Limitations & Special Notes

The “Payment Pending” notice updates automatically once your payment has gone through successfully. Please note that this can take a few minutes to update.

Tips & Best Practices

  • If you see Payment Failed, first check your details under Payment Method and try the payment again.
  • Always keep your Billing Address up to date to ensure correct invoices.
