The BidX Dashboard: What Is It and How to Use It?

BidX Dashboards are your command center for analyzing Amazon advertising data. They let you easily track and visualize key KPIs with intuitive charts. Learn how to create, customize, and export dashboards to suit your needs.

Overview

BidX Dashboards let you analyze your Amazon advertising data however you need. They offer flexible data visualization, real-time monitoring, and a modular structure. You can set up multiple dashboards for different purposes, choose your own KPIs, and use appealing chart types to closely track campaign performance.

With features like drag & drop, support for multiple dashboards, and customizable layouts, you can tailor your dashboards to your analysis needs. Key data is always up to date, including campaign performance, keyword analysis, revenue, or special metrics from Amazon DSP or AMC.

Accessing the Function

You can access the dashboard directly from the main navigation in your BidX account. In the dashboard area, you can create new dashboards, edit existing ones, or switch between them.

Depending on your platform, you can choose from specific dashboard types:

  • Standard Amazon PPC Dashboard: For classic campaign analysis
  • DSP Dashboard: For programmatic Amazon advertising
  • AMC Dashboard: For Amazon Marketing Cloud analytics

Note: Charts and KPIs for the AMC Dashboard cannot be individually customized.

Limitations & Special Notes

  • Update Intervals: Data usually updates every 15 minutes, but due to Amazon's data latency, new values may take up to 24–48 hours to show.
  • Chart and Data Limits: You can have up to 20 charts per dashboard and a maximum of 10,000 rows per chart. The number of dashboards depends on your subscription plan.
  • Exports: You can export data for up to 2 years at a time and a maximum of five exports per day. Each file is limited to 50 MB.
  • API Limitations & Performance: Large data volumes can increase loading times.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Place the most important KPIs and scorecards at the top of your dashboard.
  • Group related charts logically, balance large and compact visuals, and keep enough whitespace.
  • Always choose the right chart type and clear titles for your analysis.
  • Keep the number of charts per dashboard manageable (12–15) to ensure fast loading times.
