How Do I Invite Team Members or Clients?

Always use individual user accounts for additional BidX access – never share your login details.

If you want to give others access to your BidX account, there are clean and secure ways to do so. We generally recommend not sharing your login credentials. Instead, each person should use their own individual BidX account.

Adding Team Members to Your BidX Account

For internal team members, follow these steps:

  1. Your colleague first registers with their own email address at BidX and sets up an individual account.
  2. Next, contact us in the BidX chat and let us know which email address (the new BidX account of your colleague) should be linked to which existing BidX account.
  3. Our team will connect everything on the backend so that the new user has access to your existing BidX account.

This way, each person keeps their own login details, and you can easily monitor and manage access or remove it later as needed.

Client Access for Agencies

If you are an agency and want your clients to view performance data, the best option is to create an account for them using the Agency Solution. With this tool, you can set up dedicated read-only access for each client directly within the platform, so they can view reports without being able to change campaigns or settings.
