How Much Does BidX Cost?

With BidX, you can choose the subscription that best fits your needs. Select your plan and billing period directly in the platform—choose between monthly or annual payment. All prices are shown before tax.

The cost of using BidX depends on the subscription plan you choose and the duration of your commitment. There are three options available: Self Service Platform, Managed Platform, and Managed Service.

The current pricing is as follows:

  • Self Service Platform: €495 per month + a percentage of connected ad spend
  • Managed Platform: €1,995 per month + a percentage of connected ad spend
  • Managed Service: €4,995 per month + a percentage of connected ad spend

You can always find up-to-date pricing information in the Subscription Settings section of your account or on https://www.bidx.io/pricing.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All your invoices can be found in the Invoices section. You can easily upgrade your subscription or, depending on your current contract term, also downgrade your plan when needed.

Accessing the Function

To view all subscription plans and pricing, open the main menu and select Subscription Settings. On the Subscriptions page, you’ll see the Plans and Invoices tabs. Here, you can choose your preferred term (monthly or yearly) and select a plan using the corresponding buttons, like Select Self Service Platform, Select Managed Platform, or Select Managed Service.
In the Billing History section, you’ll see all your previous invoices and payments.

Settings & Options

In the Plans tab within Subscription Settings, you can choose the desired term and switch between month and year. Prices are always displayed as net amounts, with VAT added as applicable. Under Subscription plans/Abopläne, you can view all available products including an overview of the top features. You can also flexibly buy additional Share of Voice Credits by clicking Buy Share of Voice Credits.

Tips & Best Practices

  • If you choose the yearly year option, you’ll benefit from a reduced monthly price – even though the commitment is for a year, billing is still monthly.
  • Before downgrading, carefully consider your remaining term and any planned changes.
  • For a quick overview, download your PDF invoices directly from the Invoices section.
  • Keep your payment information up to date to avoid any interruption of service.
