How Do I Subscribe to BidX?

Learn step by step how to choose your preferred plan and activate your paid BidX account after the free 5-day trial.

If you want to use BidX permanently, you can subscribe directly from within the app. We recommend starting with the free 5-day trial first. During this period, you don’t need to provide payment details and can try the platform risk-free. Your account will only become paid once you select a subscription plan and enter your payment information.

Subscribe Directly in the BidX App

  1. Log in to your BidX account.
  2. Click on the arrow icon at the top right and select Subscription Settings from the menu.
  3. Scroll down in the Subscription Settings to the Plans section.
  4. Choose the plan that fits your needs.
  5. Complete your subscription by entering your billing address and preferred payment method.

In the Subscription Settings, you can also change your plan later, update your payment details, or adjust your billing address. Please note: The displayed plans refer to the use of the BidX platform for PPC (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads).

AMC, DSP, and Custom Pricing

If you’re interested in Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) or Amazon DSP in addition to PPC, you'll find an overview of all solutions and packages on our pricing page.

You’ll also see that custom prices are available for companies with high ad spend or large agencies with unique business models. In these cases, you can contact our sales team directly from the pricing page to receive a personalized offer.
