How Do I Migrate From Product Management to Segment Management?
If your BidX account is still using the old Product Management, you can switch to the new Segment Management at any time.
If your BidX account is still based on the old Product Management, you can switch to the new Segment Management at any time. The new Segment Management makes it much easier to control your campaigns, segments, automations, and individual rules – all without losing your existing settings.
How do I request the migration?
We will handle the migration for you. You don't need to change anything in the tool yourself.
The easiest way is as follows:
- Contact us via chat or reach out directly to your Account Manager.
- Let us know that you want to move to the new Segment Management.
- We will carry out the migration in the background and inform you once it's complete.
After the transition, your Management area will be displayed in the new Segment Management, and your previous structure will be reflected accordingly. All existing data and configurations will be preserved, so your automations and individual rules will continue to work as usual. You don’t have to worry about losing settings or interrupting ongoing optimizations.
Important Exception: Keyword Management
Since Segment Management uses a new logic, Keyword Management will be deactivated by default after migration. You can manually activate it again in the Keyword Management settings. If you want the functionality to closely match the previous Product Management, set the control to "Auto Select".
