How Can I Redeem a Voucher?
If you have a voucher code, you can use it to reduce your subscription costs right away. There are two ways to redeem your code.

Overview
With the voucher function, you can enter a valid voucher code to benefit from a discount. Depending on the code, your subscription bill is reduced by either a fixed amount or a percentage, which you will see immediately during checkout or on your next invoice.
Accessing the Function
You can redeem your voucher code directly during checkout or at any time in your subscription settings. Go to your Subscription Settings, where you will find the section Voucher Code.
Step-by-Step Guide
Enter a Voucher During Checkout
If you are signing up for a new subscription, you can use the voucher code right in the checkout process. Select your preferred plan, go to the Order Summary, and there you will find the section Voucher Code. Click on Enter Voucher Code, enter your code into the Voucher Code… field, and click Apply. If your code is valid, the discount will appear immediately as either an amount or percentage. If there is an error, you will receive the message Invalid voucher code.
Redeem a Voucher for an Active Subscription
If you want to use a voucher for an existing subscription, go to Settings and then Subscription Settings in the Billing view. In the Voucher Code section, click on Enter Voucher Code, type your code in the Voucher Code… field, and confirm with Apply. If the code is correct, the discount with code info appears right away in the billing area. If you plan to change your subscription, you will also get a note that the code must still be valid after the change.
If you do not see the Voucher Code area, your subscription may not be active or the voucher might not be available for some products.
