Yes, we offer subscriptions with a monthly term. With this option, you pay month-to-month and stay flexible. We also offer yearly plans, which usually provide a better average monthly price. Regardless of the plan you choose, your subscription will automatically renew for the chosen period until you cancel. If you need special conditions, discounts for larger volumes, or specific contractual agreements, please contact our support or sales team – we are happy to advise you personally and will create a custom offer for you.

Accessing the Function

You can find the subscription plan settings in the Subscription Settings section. Simply scroll to the Subscription Plans area. Here, you can choose between a monthly or yearly term. Click Book Now to complete your subscription.

With a monthly term, you pay each month and stay flexible, making it easy to cancel or switch plans. Yearly term provides a fixed period of one year and is usually cheaper when calculated per month.

On the order overview page, you’ll see that your subscription will be billed every period automatically until you cancel.

Limitations & Special Notes

Please note the cancellation deadlines: For monthly plans, you can cancel up to 14 days before the end of the month. For yearly plans, the notice period is 30 days before the end of the current year. Cancellations or changes always take effect at the next possible date if the deadline has already passed. You can manage your entire subscription, view details, and check your history in the Subscription Settings.

Tips & Best Practices

Choose a monthly term if flexibility is more important to you than the best possible price. If you want to save in the long term and plan to use BidX for an extended period, the yearly term is usually the better choice. Always check the cancellation deadlines before the end of your month or year to avoid unwanted renewals.
