Can Keyword Management Add Keywords to My Sponsored Brands and Display Campaigns?
Keyword Management automatically transfers keywords between campaigns, saving you time and effort.
Keyword Management simplifies the automatic maintenance and transfer of keywords between suitable ad groups – eliminating much of the manual work involved in keyword harvesting.
Answer
Yes, Keyword Management can add keywords from Sponsored Product campaigns to Sponsored Brand campaigns and ASINs to Sponsored Display campaigns, but only starting from a Sponsored Product Auto Campaign. If a keyword or search term in a campaign with a match type other than Auto is moved to another campaign, this will only happen within the same campaign type, i.e., from SP to SP, SB to SB, and SD to SD.
It's important to note that you must select in the Keyword Management settings that you want to enable Keyword Management for these ad formats.
Accessing the Function
You can find Keyword Management in the Segment Management area. Click on Keyword Management Settings in the top right to adjust central settings. Here, in the second step, you can select which ad formats should use Keyword Management. If the options for Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display are deselected, Keyword Management will not be performed for those formats.
Note: Changing the settings alone is not enough to activate Keyword Management. You also need to set up a rule or automation within a segment.
Settings & Options
You can find all central settings in Keyword Management Settings. Here you can decide whether to use Auto Select for ad groups or to set up individual connections. In the Keyword Management rules section, you define the source and target for each keyword on a rule-by-rule basis.
