Can I View the Campaign Structure for Keyword Management?

The campaign structure preview shows you how your campaigns are connected for keyword management and where you can set exclusions.

The campaign structure preview shows you how your campaigns are connected for keyword management – and where you can set exclusions.

Answer

Yes, you can view the campaign structure for keyword management at any time. It is available in the final step of a Keyword Management automation or an individual rules Keyword Management rule – on the Keyword Management Settings page. Under Campaign Structure Preview, you will see how your campaigns are linked based on your current settings.

The preview shows an example campaign structure for one ASIN. You can also view the linked structure for a different ASIN by using the ASIN filter ("Filter by ASIN" field) and entering or selecting another ASIN.

On the same page, you can also exclude campaigns from keyword management: In the section Campaign Filter: Exclusion by Custom Syntax, you can specify name patterns, and any campaign whose name contains this pattern will be ignored.

Accessing the Function

Open the desired segment in Segment Management. Click the three-dot menu () on a Keyword Management automation or rule and select Edit Keyword Management. Navigate to the final step in the dialog. In the Campaign Structure Preview section, you will see the current linking structure.

Settings & Options

  • Filter by ASIN: Allows you to display the preview specifically for a certain ASIN. Without a filter, an example ASIN is loaded.
  • Campaign Filter: Exclusion by Custom Syntax: Here, you can exclude campaigns from keyword management based on name patterns. Exclusions apply to all rules within the same segment.

Limitations & Special Notes

  • For performance reasons, the preview only displays 10 entries. Use the ASIN filter for a complete view.
  • The preview loads in the background – you can save at any time without waiting for it to fully load.
