Can I Export My Adjustment Logs?
Adjustment Logs show you all changes BidX made to your campaigns. Since this list can get long, you can easily export the logs.

Yes, you can export your Adjustment Logs as an Excel file. You will find this feature in the Adjustment Logs via the Export logs button. Clicking it will open the Rule Log Export dialog. Here, you can select the desired date range and relevant marketplaces. By clicking Export, you'll start the download of an Excel file (.xlsx) containing two tabs: Bid Adjustments and Structural Adjustments. If you haven't selected a marketplace or a date, you'll receive a notification and the export will not start.
Accessing the Feature
To use the export feature, go to Management in the main menu and select Adjustment Logs. Here, the Export logs button allows you to start the download process.
Limitations & Special Notes
- At least one marketplace must be selected, otherwise the export will not proceed.
- Depending on the selected time period and number of marketplaces, the export process may take a few seconds.
- The undo function is only available for two days after a change. After that, you will see a message indicating the change is too old to be undone. Otherwise, an explanation is shown (e.g., too old or already undone).
