Is it possible to pause bid adjustments for certain periods of time?
Yes, this is possible to set up in your account settings. To do so, you need to navigate to your account settings and choose the tab "Tool Settings". Here you can then exclude the desired periods under the option "Excluded periods in bid adjustments".
What happens when I exclude periods?
Excluding certain periods for bid adjustments means that the performance data of those periods will not be considered for bid and structure adjustments. For example, you can exclude special events (e.g. Black Friday) to avoid bid adjustments based on distorted performance data.
Note: This does not mean that no adjustments can be made during this period. Adjustments based on performance data collected before the excluded periods will also be made during the excluded periods.
