Overview: Folders in Scheduling

You can use folders to group your schedules logically, organize them in a hierarchy, and control them as a group. Inside a folder, you can create additional subfolders as well as individual schedules. With the status toggle of a folder, you can enable or disable all schedules and subfolders within it at once. A dialog lets you conveniently assign individual schedules to a folder or move them back to the root level. This keeps your schedules organized and saves time on recurring actions.

Accessing the Feature

Go to Schedule to view your schedules. In the header, you will find the Create New Folder button, which allows you to create a new folder. To assign a schedule to a folder or change its assignment, use the Assign Folder option via the three dots next to each schedule.

Settings & Options

Clicking Create New Folder opens the dialog for creating a folder. Here, you enter a name for your folder under Folder Name and choose a parent folder under Folder. If you don't want a parent folder, you can select Do Not Assign to a Folder. Click Save to create your folder.

  • With Edit Schedule Folder, you can change the folder name or move it into another folder.
  • With Delete Schedule Folder, you delete the folder along with all its subfolders and schedules.

Next to each folder name, you'll find a toggle switch to enable or disable all the contents of that folder.

Assigning Schedules to a Folder

If you want to assign a schedule to a folder, select Assign Folder from the three-dot menu next to the schedule. Here, you can choose the folder where the schedule should go. Both parent and subfolders are available for selection.
